I really like the fresh perspective you did on the issue. Really was not expecting that when I started off studying. You write about these concepts in an easy-to-understand sort of way that I hadn’t really considered. We are looking for a 3 BR with 2 BA in the EA Cox School Zone for approximately $1000 or less per month (preferrably a lease with option to purchase).

Sorry, we don’t have anything to rent in that price range. If you come across a 3BR/2BA home you like that we could BUY for about $30,000, we would certainly consider buying it and renting it to you for $500/month.

Do you have anything for rent for the school zone of E.A.Cox and Springhill High school approximately a 3 BDR 2 bath for $500 or less? This will be temporary until I’m able to purchase my own home.
